3. Fuel prices, forecourt information and reliance
Fuel Beacon brings together fuel prices, forecourt details and other information from retailers, public sources, third parties and community contributions.
We aim to present this information accurately and provide useful context, including when prices were reported. However, information may be incomplete, incorrect or out of date, and circumstances outside our control can change without notice.
A displayed price does not guarantee that fuel will be available at that price when you arrive. Fuel grades, stock availability, opening hours, facilities and other forecourt details may also differ from those shown.
Comparisons, rankings, recommendations and journey-related information are provided to help you make informed choices. They do not guarantee a particular saving, outcome or suitability for your individual circumstances.
You remain responsible for deciding where and when to refuel, checking information where necessary and making safe decisions while travelling.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability or suitability of information provided through Fuel Beacon.
Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty, condition or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MadMouse Consulting Limited will not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated third-party information, changes in fuel prices or availability, forecourt closures, service interruptions or decisions made in reliance on information displayed by Fuel Beacon, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, wasted journeys or anticipated savings, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
